Precautions for your visit

  • This exhibition operates on a timed-entry system. Tickets are required for entry.
  • Same-day tickets will be available at the venue only if advance tickets remain available.
    Please be aware that if the venue becomes too crowded, ticket sales at the venue may be halted.
  • To ensure the safety of visitors, entry may be restricted if the venue becomes too crowded, even for holders of valid time-slotted tickets.
  • If the venue is expected to be busy, numbered tickets may be issued to stagger entry.
  • Depending on crowd levels on the day, visitors may be asked to wait before entering the venue.
  • Preschool children must be accompanied by an adult. (Accompanying adults must have a valid ticket.)
  • The free gift will be offered exclusively to paying customers, once they are inside the exhibition venue. Preschool children are not eligible for the gift.
  • Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged.
  • Tickets cannot be refunded due to customer circumstances, nor exchanged for a different time slot or ticket type.
  • Tickets include an attached stub. Please note that entry will not be permitted if the stub has been detached before entry.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for money. Also, please note that we cannot reissue tickets even if they are lost or stolen.
  • Visitors with a Disability Certificate may be accompanied by one caregiver who can enter free of charge.
    • The visitor is required to purchase a ticket.
    • Caregivers are not eligible for the free gift.
  • Shareholder or other such discounts cannot be applied.
  • The merchandise shop area is only accessible to visitors who have entered the exhibition venue.
  • Once inside the venue, please keep your ticket with you at all times. You will be required to show it at checkpoints for each area in the venue.
  • Resal tickets are invalid, and visitors with these tickets may be denied entry.
  • As part of our efforts to prevent ticket resale, visitors may be asked to present identification upon entering the venue.
  • The venue will not be cleared for each time slot.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • Visitors can only access the official shop after seeing the exhibition. As the shop is located at the end, it is not possible to visit the shop first or visit it separately to the exhibition.
  • To prevent overcrowding, visitors should refrain from arriving earlier than the designated admission time on their ticket.
  • To avoid disturbing nearby residents and prevent accidents, visitors are strictly prohibited from arriving at the venue in the early morning or waiting overnight. The organizer takes no responsibility for any accidents or incidents involving visitors who are present at the venue during these times.
  • Staff members may give priority entry to visitors with physical disabilities or those using wheelchairs.
  • Visitors should come to the venue at their designated admission time. Visitors who arrive late may not be permitted to enter the exhibition that day.
    In the case where late arrivals are denied entry, tickets will not be refunded. Please also note that visitors who arrive earlier than their designated time will not be granted early entry.
  • For visitors who are late due to circumstances beyond their control, for example due to public transport delays, instructions will be provided by staff, and they may vary from day to day.
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors carrying any items deemed hazardous, such as inflammables, hazardous items, and odorous or perishable items including fresh flowers.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue. (Vistors with an assistance dog such as a guide dog, hearing dog or service dog, should inform a member of staff and follow their instructions.)
  • Replica swords or other such items should not be brought into the venue.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for incidents involving commercially sold merchandise, special costumes or other items brought to the venue by visitors.
  • Staff may inspect visitor belongings before entering the venue.
  • There are no changing rooms or cloakrooms at the venue.
  • To protect the exhibits and ensure safe operation, large items of luggage such as suitcases and trolley bags (including carry carts) are not permitted inside the venue.
    Please note that the venue does not offer luggage storage. We recommend using lockers nearby or at the station.
  • There is no parking available at the venue. Please use nearby parking facilities or public transport.
  • All forms of exchange (trading of goods), as well as buying and selling, are strictly prohibited both in and around the venue.
    The organizer takes no responsibility for any disputes arising between visitors as a result of these transactions.
  • Visitors are requested to follow all precautions and staff instructions inside the venue. The organizer is not responsible for incidents resulting from failure to comply with staff directions.
  • If a visitor fails to comply with precautions or staff instructions, we reserve the right to deny entry or request that the individual leave the premises.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any pickpocketing, theft or loss of personal items. Visitors are asked to keep an eye on their valuables and belongings.
  • Exhibits are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the case of a natural disaster or infectious disease outbreak, the exhibition dates may be changed or the event may be cancelled. Any such updates will be announced on our website.

<Cautionary Reminder Regarding Auctions etc.>

The resale of tickets purchased from the event organizer or authorized ticket agents to third parties for profit is strictly prohibited.
Visitors with tickets confirmed to have been resold will be denied entry. Refunds will not be issued for such tickets.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for disputes concerning resold tickets.

  • The dates and details of the event may be changed, postponed or cancelled without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Precautions Regarding Exhibition Viewing

  • The venue will not be cleared for each time slot.
  • To ensure the safety of visitors, entry may be restricted in the event of overcrowding.
  • If the waiting area or venue becomes overcrowded, staff may ask visitors to be considerate and share the viewing experience.
  • Once visitors have left the exhibition area or official shop, they will not be allowed to re-enter those areas.
  • Photography and video recording using mobile phones, smartphones and tablets are permitted, except for certain items. Please refrain from using flash, selfie sticks, tripods, or video streaming. Cameras (including SLR and compact cameras) are not allowed. When taking photographs or videos, please be considerate of others and follow staff instructions.
    • If the venue becomes overcrowded, visitors may be asked to refrain from taking photographs or videos to ensure safe operation and protect the exhibits.
    • Visitors are asked to handle any photographs and videos that contain other visitors with discretion.
    • Photographs and videos should be taken for personal use only.
  • In the following situations, please notify a member of staff immediately:
    ○ You feel unwell or have injured yourself.
    ○ You have found a lost item or have lost something yourself.
    ○ If you become lost, or have found someone who is lost. (We cannot make announcements over the PA system.)
  • For your safety, please refrain from running inside or outside the venue.
  • Please do not engage in behavior that may inconvenience other visitors, such as sitting down in corridors or other public areas.
  • Eating, drinking and smoking are forbidden inside the venue.
  • There are no toilets inside the venue.
  • Mobiles phones should be set to silent mode and visitors are asked to refrain from making phone calls inside the venue.
  • Do not touch the exhibited items or display cases.
  • Eating and drinking are forbidden inside the venue. Visitors are asked to place plastic or reusable drink bottles, as well as other food and drink items, in their bag before entering.
  • There are no designated smoking areas inside the venue.
  • Members of the media may be present. Photos or videos taken by the media inside the venue could appear on their social media accounts or be broadcast on TV or other programs.
  • Photography and video recordings are being carried out at the venue. Please be aware that any photos or videos may be used in future promotional materials for the event.
  • To ensure safe and smooth operation, visitors are asked to cooperate and follow staff instructions.

  • Visitors are advised to review the ticketing conditions on this website, as they may change without notice. We kindly ask that visitors review the ticketing information on this website, both before purchasing tickets and before visiting the venue.
  • Advance tickets for the exhibition can be purchased through Lawson Ticket. *Membership registration (free) is necessary to purchase tickets online via the Lawson Ticket website.
  • Payment methods vary depending on the point of sale. Click here for more information.
  • Ticket purchases through Lawson Ticket incur a service charge in addition to the ticket price. For further information, please refer to the ticket reservation page.
  • After reserving a ticket on the Lawson Ticket website, payment must be completed within the specified time frame.
    Reservations will be cancelled unless payment is completed within this time frame. Please be sure to check the instructions on the screen, and process payment before the deadline.
  • Tickets purchased on the Lawson Ticket website must be collected as physical tickets at a Lawson or Ministop store.

  • Paper tickets must be collected at least a day before the scheduled visit. The designated meeting time is printed on the ticket and should be checked in advance to ensure on-time arrival at the venue.
    Designated meeting times cannot be selected.
  • Visitors without access to a computer or smartphone and who are unable to purchase tickets online via Lawson Ticket may use a Loppi machine at a Lawson or Ministop store. Payment can be made at these machines and tickets received.
  • Tickets include an attached stub. Please note that entry will not be permitted if the stub has been detached before entry.
  • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last.

Important information regarding limited-edition merchandise

  • Limited-edition merchandise can only be obtained through a ticket purchase and is not sold separately.
  • Limited-edition merchandise can be exchanged for the corresponding merchandise at the venue. If a visitor is unable to come to the venue for personal reasons, their right to redeem the merchandise will expire.
  • Limited-edition merchandise cannot be claimed at a later date. Items should be collected when entering the venue.
  • The limited-edition items are exclusive to this voucher. They cannot be purchased at the official shop.

Important Notes Regarding the Visitor Gift

  • A valid exhibition ticket is required to access the merchandise shop. Visitors can access the shop after entering the exhibition.
  • The merchandise shop is located at the end of the exhibition. Entry to the merchandise shop is only permitted after viewing the exhibition. (Re-entry to both the exhibition and shop is not permitted.)
  • The shop can only be accessed on the day of your exhibition visit, and purchases may be made at the register only once.
  • Photography, voice or video recordings, or any other recording activities are strictly prohibited in the merchandise shop.
  • Entry to the merchandise shop may be restricted depending on conditions on the day.
  • Please note that the number of products is limited, and we apologize in advance if any products are sold out.
    Products may be restocked without prior notice depending on availability.
  • Tickets cannot be refunded solely due to sold-out merchandise.
  • There is a maximum purchase quantity for each product.
    Additionally, sales for certain items may be restricted depending on availability. We kindly ask for your understanding.
  • Please be sure to check your purchases and payment details before leaving the counter.
    We are unable to correct payment errors, such as incorrect change, once you have left the counter. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

[Availability of Plastic Bags for a Fee]

  • The merchandise shop will charge a fee for plastic bags as part of our environmental conservation efforts.
    Regardless of size, they will be available for 30 yen per piece (tax included). We ask for your cooperation in bringing your own bag.
